Huge space has been dedicated to Kante in November issue of “La Cucina Italiana Magazine”. The journalist Ian Wolff and the photographer Douglas Gayeton, accompanied by the coordinator Marisa Huff, spent a few days on the Carso, living the scents, the efforts, the flavours and the expectations of one of the most fascinating periods of the year – the grape-harvest.
